Silvia Ban Ćubelić is the founder of BIZ Solution, a business through which she helps individuals and entrepreneurs start and grow successful, long-term, and profitable ventures — operating in accordance with the law and utilizing available non-refundable funding sources.
She holds a degree in economics, specializing in marketing. Although marketing was her first love, Silvia built her professional path primarily in the fields of finance, accounting, and taxation, where she has over 25 years of successful experience. At the same time, she continued to develop and apply her marketing knowledge and skills through additional work and projects, providing added value to clients by combining her two great passions — marketing and numbers.
Her extensive experience comes from working in both private corporations and the public sector.
In addition to her practical experience, Silvia has worked as an educator and lecturer at various institutions across Croatia.
For five years, she worked at the Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration, where she collaborated with a wide range of entrepreneurs and became specialized in working with sole proprietors and freelancers.
Since 2009, she has been actively involved in the preparation of application documentation for non-refundable grants and is proud of many successfully launched entrepreneurial stories.
She has completed numerous trainings and professional development programs, including certifications as a Project Planning and Implementation Manager and a Specialist in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.
